Pre-Party

• Send invites (WhatsApp works!)
• Confirm headcount 2 days before
• Buy drinks + snacks

Day Of

• Ice in the cooler by 2pm

• Last call 30 min before end time

Per Person Calculator (4 hours)

Rough guide for a 4-hour party:

• Beer: 3–4 cans per adult
• Wine: half a bottle per wine drinker
• Spirits: 1 x 750ml per 4 people
• Non-alcoholic: 1.5L per person
• Ice: 1kg per 2 people
• Mixers: 1x 2L per spirit bottle

Signature Party Punch 🍹

• 1L mango juice
• 1L pineapple juice
• 500ml ginger ale
• 250ml grenadine
• Optional: 1 bottle rum or vodka
• Fresh fruit + ice to serve

Mix in a large jug. Guests serve themselves. Easy!

Party Timeline

• -60 min: Final setup, drinks on ice, music on
• 0 min: First guests arrive (they're always early!)
• +30 min: Most guests arrived, kick off the vibe
• +1 hr: Start group games if you have them
• +2 hr: Peak energy — this is the sweet spot
• +3 hr: Food if serving (slows down drinking)
• +3.5 hr: Last call announcement
• +4 hr: Start winding down
• +4.5 hr: Help guests get home safely
