My Video Channels & Brands

Why We Use TikTok for Spunkyfunk (and What Actually Happens There)
Spunkyfunk exists in the real world.
Fabric, ink, heat, mistakes, reprints, late nights — the unglamorous parts most brands hide.
The @spunkyfunkbrand TikTok channel wasn’t created to be polished or perfectly on-trend. It exists to show what actually happens when you’re building a local apparel brand from the ground up.
TikTok just happens to be the best place for that right now.
It’s not about “content”, it’s about visibility
A lot of brands treat TikTok like an advertising channel.
We treat it more like a window.
On the Spunkyfunk TikTok, you’ll see:
- Apparel being printed locally using DTF and DTG
- Design ideas that work — and ones that don’t
- Product tests, textures, colours, and finishes
- Everyday moments that don’t make it into a product page
- Occasional humour, because not everything needs to be serious
None of it is staged to look bigger than it is. The goal isn’t to pretend we’re a massive operation — it’s to be visible and honest about the process.
Local production deserves to be seen
One of the reasons Spunkyfunk exists alongside other Biznizart projects is to keep production close to home. Local printing is faster, more flexible, and often more cost-effective — but it also requires more hands-on involvement.
TikTok allows us to show that:
- How garments actually come off the press
- Why some prints cost more than others
- What quality control looks like in practice
- Why certain choices are made (and others avoided)
That transparency helps customers understand what they’re buying — and why.
Not every video is about selling
Some clips are about products.
Some are about ideas.
Some are just funny, observational, or experimental.
That’s intentional.
Every interaction doesn’t need to push a checkout button. Sometimes the value is simply:
- Familiarity
- Trust
- Context
- Or a laugh that makes the brand feel human
The Spunkyfunk TikTok is part of a longer journey, not a funnel designed to squeeze attention.
Competing without pretending
Big brands can afford to manufacture distance.
Independent creators can’t — and shouldn’t.
Using TikTok lets Spunkyfunk compete differently:
- By showing up consistently
- By sharing work in progress
- By letting people see how things are made
- By not hiding behind polished brand language
It’s slower. It’s messier. But it’s real.
Where it fits in the bigger picture
Spunkyfunk is one part of Biznizart’s ecosystem — alongside apparel experiments, sauces, digital products, and design work. TikTok is simply one of the places where that ecosystem becomes visible in motion.
If you follow @spunkyfunkbrand, you’re not signing up for perfection.
You’re stepping into the process.
And that’s the point.
